A Worthy Headset Indeed

Psyko Carbon
Psyko Audio Labs has just announced the addition of 2 new products to their gaming headset line: the Psyko Carbon and Psyko Krypton. Both headsets make use of PsykoWave audio technology “to deliver the most precise directional audio for instant positional awareness in gaming.” With 5 speakers strategically placed in throughout the headset and a subwoofer in each ear cup – users are promised a true 5.1 audio surround experience. Replacing the previous generation of PsykoWave headset, the Psyko 5.1, both headsets are similar, with the Carbon featuring higher quality materials and some extra features such as more bass, a tough braided cable, and gold plated connectors. A removable mic ensures that you can communicate with your team mates in the middle of a battle as well. The Psyko Carbon ($199) and the Psyko Krypton ($149) are both now available through Psyko Audio’s website. Hit the break to watch a demo of how PsykoWave technology works:

I dunno man, those just look retarded imo. I'm a big fan of 'to each his own', but those just look like someone failing at trying to look futuristic. My personal next headset when my HD555's die (currently held together with electrical tape) will be the PC360's.

And I think I'd go senny 350 instead of the 360. I like the noice cancelling closed ear design vs the open ear 360.

the specs are almost identical between the 2.
